A special Birthday treat at the end of March.

So both Hubby and I turned 60 within 5 months of each other and we have celebrated with lots of different treats (some taken in summer last year!!)

One such indulgence was a Trip on the Northern Belle.

We arrived at Manchester Piccadilly Train Station early one Saturday Morning in March.

First a 7 mile walk with friends from Mankinholes to Mytholmroyd.

At the Cresselly Arms in Cresswell we found that it had been used in the filming of 'Their Finest' It is a pub we have been to many times and it has never changed. Covid rules were different in Wales and you still had to drink outside.
