Hubby books a two night stay at Burgh Island NEXT year....to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary.
Lots of the summer was spent in the garden and a bit of time was spent being creative...And the cats were my constant companions.
We had a few walks too....This was one of our regular walks near Delph in Saddleworth.Daisy found a moth...I treated myself to a bunch of locally grown flowers...I met two friends for a 5 mile walk near Mankinholes and Cragg Vale
much of it following an old pack horse route.The beautiful gate house to Cragg Vale designed by Edgar Wood.It was a good walk with a welcome drink and lunch at the end!we did receive this email....
That was a nice surprise!So we slip into autumn. I like autumn.....especially if we have a lovely sunny one!
