In our garden it is starting to blossom...

The old apple tree is hanging in there!

Some lovely local walks, this was in Rishworth.

I dropped off lots of donated towels at the YCR centre

Our usual visit to The Cinnamon Lounge after voting.

A walk in the woods to see the bluebells

and wild garlic

a cheeky chippy tea!

My lovely father in laws house

I planted up the turquoise pots at the back door.

Visits to two local museums, Bankfield and  Calderdale Industrial Museum

and a walk around Heptonstall

Then something magical happened...

aurora borealis

It was truly magical, the northern lights in my back garden. Some say it is something to do with electrically charged particles from the sun interacting with the earths magnetic field, I say it was my lovely friend Shan having a birthday party in heaven.

We also had a lovely visit to The Pines.
