It's just a number....isn't it?

Let me share some more memories from March with you.

 Our class preformed at The Bridgewater Hall in Manchester on an inter-schools music project.

 I went with our year six children for their residential at a PGL centre in Lancashire.

And yes that was me going down the zip wire!
The old hall was still beautiful in places....

 We took my mum to the Midland in Morecambe for Mothers Day

Mum and Hubby going back to the car...as a bit brisk!

And to the title of this post?
I need to change my profile on the blog....I am no longer a forty something as of today!

The end of March

April is here but here is a little of what we were up to at the end of March!

My class used Skype to talk to my lovely friend Shan in Montserrat to interview her about living with a live volcano.

 On a glorious sunny day we went for a walk around Bronte Country.

We were serenaded by frogs.

Lots and lots of frogs!

I love visiting Oakworth Station.

I found my old Holly Hobby doll in our loft so brought her down and washed her.

 My mother in law sent me this lovely felted cat brooch

 I've been buying pretty china for a special event coming up soon.

 Hubby and I went to Salts Mill in Saltaire to look at the new David Hockney prints

 I treated myself to some books

 Made chilli beans for a vegetarian friend

 And something special arrived for that special event!
