So we made it to 31st December 2015....
It has been a very good year in some ways with a few bumps along the way...
Every end of year I do a review,,,,this is 2015 in pictures....it has taken all afternoon to make these collages!

| January 2015 |
January we had snow and I had at least one 'snow day' off work! We were starting to make plans for our joint 50th birthday party in April.

February we finally got round to decorating the sitting room after the ceiling fell in the year before! A few lovely walks and meeting up with friends...and of course Valentines day!

| March 2015 |
March was an exciting month. Mothers day meal at the Midland Hotel in Morecambe with my lovely mum, more party planning, more walks and I went on the residential with the year 6 children and went down a zip wire for the first time!

April and the wait and planning all came to fruition and we had a FABULOUS vintage style birthday party.....we also went for a break to North Wales (where I fell in love with an old farm for sale!) and visited my mother in law in Shropshire.

May and we met our three delightful kittens for the first time (they wouldn't be coming home with us until early June though) Dressing up for Haworth 1940's weekend, Duxford air show and a lovely wedding (more dressing up!)

June and I went to see Wicked with my lovely friend and God daughters, also a funny play called Ghost train in Manchester, a classic car show and more sunny days out....our three bundles of fun came home (life has never been the same since) and our poor neglected garden burst into colour!

July was the end of term at school and a lovely holiday with my mum in East Yorkshire, and another with my kindred spirit Shan in Ireland, vintage at the dock in Liverpool and lots of other days out....we never stay still!

August was time for a holiday with Hubby in Cornwall, Saddleworth Yanks weekend, Halifax agricultural show and yet more walking!

September and we were blessed with some quite nice walking weather. Our kitties were growing fast, Heritage open weekend, Vintage by the Sea in Morecambe and the village show.

In the half term Hubby and I sneaked a night away in Lincoln and Hull and we also had a delightful afternoon tea (a birthday present) at the Old Swan in Harrogate. Our school celebrated 150 years and had a party and yes you've guessed it, we squeezed in a few walks!

November...well on the 1st it was as hot as any sunny summers day...a good walk across the moors but then it seems to have not stopped raining since! Our 19th wedding anniversary, a trip to the theatre and another to the cinema (The picture House in Hebden Bridge is our favourite cinema, sadly it was flooded on boxing day and they have had to rip out all the vintage seats) and Remembrance Sunday with my mum.

So we reach December. My mums old dog Toffee left us which was sad...The cats first Christmas....they loved it! Making star biscuits as Christmas gifts, a visit to see the poppies at the Yorkshire Sculpture Park and Liverpool and a quiet Christmas.

I have not been very creative this year....so much for new year resolutions to be more creative....I managed to scrape together one collage worth!

| Makes in 2015 |
I attended some workshops at Hope and Elvis.....I love it there! I made lots for the party including a photo montage screen, tealight holders, potted vintage jugs, and decoupage photo frames. I also made a Mandy Pattullo style hen for my mum. The sketchbook/art journal never got off the ground but I di manage a few lino-prints!
and of course our lives changed when these three arrived!
I hope to be a better blogger next year
